Pricing a municipal system is very involved and requires agreements to initiate studies, apply for permits, and complete the engineering/design before determining the plant cost.
In providing a functioning plant, there will be subcontractors, parts and fabrication, installation, commissioning, testing and training. Our package plants are easier to price because of the modular nature.
There are some factors that can affect the ultimate price. But generally, a small municipal plant, one million gals./day, would start at $7,500,000.
Pricing A Modular Treatment Plant
MBR System | Standard Dimensions | Typical Population | Delivered Cost |
M10 | 10'L x 7'W x 8'H | 75-125 | $323,000 -$356,000 |
M20 | 20'L x 8'W x 8'H | 250-400 | $463,000 -$536,000 |
M40 | 40'L x 8'W x 8'H | 500-800 | $739,000 -$872,000 |
These prices include includes engineering, permitting and startup, the wastewater processing system, shipping and delivery to site. These estimates do not include WWTS installation or the site wastewater collection piping network, fencing or
building(s) if desired, as they are too site-specific to estimate. Microgrid power system, remote operator surveillance/diagnostic communication system (SCADA) and site-specific special system features are available options.
